Usage and Attribution Policy

You, a classroom teacher or home schooling parent, may use all lesson plans we create in your classroom or home. All lessons are the lessons we have created. You may photocopy these lessons, modify them, etc for your classroom year after year.

You may share a lesson with a fellow teacher at your site as long as you leave in our copyright at the bottom of each page. You MAY NOT share an answer key nor test questions. You may edit our lessons as long as you leave in our copyright at the bottom of each page. You may distribute our lessons on paper at a professional development training (district or site level) as long as you leave in our copyright at the bottom of each page. You may share our lessons electronically with fellow teachers at your school site as long as you leave in our copyright at the bottom of each page. If you want to distribute the lesson electronically (email, Google drive share, etc), we ask you share the link to our website where people can download the lesson.

    Activities you may not do:
  • Make our lessons available on the Internet.
  • Distribute our lessons electronically with people outside of your school site.
  • Sell or claim ownership of our lessons.

Please understand that we distribute our lessons for free and the only money we make is from teachers who want the editable files, answer keys of those same lessons. By having teachers come to our website is the only way we make money for our hard work.
